To prove who you are, you need an ICG Verified ID on your phone (in Microsoft Authenticator app).

If you do not yet have a Verified ID, obtain one at getvi.icgam.com, then return to this page.

If you already have a Verified ID, select Step 1 to continue.

If you are unable to sign in or are locked out of your account, please visit the ICG Service Desk in person for assistance.

Open Microsoft Authenticator on your phone, scan the QR code, and follow the prompts to share your ICG Verified ID.
